Meet your Instructor


Jess DeGore RD LDN CDCES CHWC is a Pittsburgh based anti-diet nutritionist who helps clients improve their relationship with food, body, and mind.  She is owner of Dietitian Jess LLC which provides nutrition counseling and health coaching services. Her board certification in diabetes has helped grow her practice to specialize in both type 2 diabetes.

Jessica's vast experience in diabetes education includes work within UPMC- a world-renowned health care provider, affiliated with the University of Pittsburgh Schools of the Health Sciences. She helped develop a Diabetes Self-Management Education program that has been recognized by the American Diabetes Association for quality care. Within her virtual private practice she helps clients look beyond weight and incorporate intuitive eating practices. Diabetes is a complicated disease but working with clients to meet them where they're at to start building healthy habits.
